PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DIREKTORAT JENDERAL BASIS INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR PEMERINTAH TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI KEMENTERIAN PERINDUSTRIAN

Abstract


The people generally know that our employees have civil service performance (performance) is not so good in completing a task. The performance of the civil servants according to the issues occurred in almost all of Indonesia. This research is helpful to know the factors that affect the performance of employees and expected to obtain information on matters related to employee performance improvement. The formulation of the hypothesis in this study as follows alleged organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees in the Directorate General of the Ministry of Industry Manufacturing Industry. The method used is the method of quantitative analysis methods ie regression analysis, hypothesis testing and identification of determinants. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Researchers use 139 employees as respondents. This research was supported theory work culture and performance as well as other theoretical description. The results showed no significant relationship between work culture that consisted of professionalism, friendship, orderliness, integration of the performance consists of Conduct innovative, time management, self-potential level in the Directorate General of the Ministry of Industry Manufacturing Industry. This means that the hypothesis is rejected.
