Abstract


Currently, many companies have sprung up in the field of information and communication technologies, along with information management and communication needs are increasing. PT. Sisindokom Lintasbuana Jakarta is a manufacturing services company database and data warehousing are committed to providing the best service to customers. There are some obstacles that exist today, namely the lack of good communication with the customer in terms of database use pemyampaian complaint made by PT. Sisindokom Lintasbuana Jakarta. If this is allowed to continue will have an impact on the quality of service to customers. The purpose of this study is to make information systems help desk at PT. Sisindokom Lintasbuana Jakarta. The system created a web-based information using the programming language PHP and MySql database. While the methods used for the design of information systems using the Waterfall method. Results obtained from the manufacture of information systems help desk at PT. Sisindokom Lintasbuana Jakarta is easier PT. Sisindokom Lintasbuana Jakarta in the management of complaints and the complaints of customers from the customer side can submit complaints to the use of the database quickly using web media.
