PEMBUKTIAN MODEL DELONE DAN MCLANE PADA SISTEM TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN KAMPUS STUDI KASUS PADA : BSI ENTREPRENEUR CENTER (BEC)

Abstract


Indeed the implementation of the Information System should provide great benefits for the sustainability of the organization or company. Some aspects such as the cost aspect, energy aspect, the aspect of time and the most important is the aspect of services to users should be the paramount consideration in applying information technology systems of the Company or organization. Therefore a valid measuring tool, simple and complete to prove the extent of applied information technology systems can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization or company. Measurements of success or effectiveness of information systems is crucial for our understanding of the value and strength of management actions and investment in information systems. The model used is a model DeLone and McLean (2003). This model although simple but capable of producing the completeness of the data generated as was done by some researchers to prove the successful implementation of information systems in many companies. Involving as many as 150 respondents / Students AMIK BSI Jakarta force year in 2014, proving Success System Information technology BSI Entrepreneur Center (BEC) to test six (6) variables that affect the success of the information technology system is the quality of the system (KS), the quality of information (KI) , quality of service (KP), the use of (P), user satisfaction (KPG), and benefits Net (MB). Respondents Data collected through surveys and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (Structured Equation Modeling) using AMOS 7.0 software. The hypothesis while it is evident that the Quality System (KS) and Quality of Service (KP) has a positive influence on the use of (P), Information Quality (IQ) and Satisfaction user (KPG), then the use of (P) have a significant influence on the Benefits of Net (MB ), as well as Quality of Service (KP) has a significant impact on the Net Benefit (MB). For the regression equation can be explained that the variable MB (Benefits Net), the greater and positive of user satisfaction (KP) and the user (P) that is greater and positive customer satisfaction scores (KP), the greater the benefits Net (MB) generated from measuring the effectiveness and implementation of information technology systems, as well as for variable User Satisfaction (KP), the greater the use of (P) information technology system at BSI Entrepreneur Center (BEC) in Jakarta, the greater the benefits Net (MB) were made by the wearer.
