Abstract


Learning is a process that depends on experiences and leads to long-term changes in behavior potential. Behavior potential designates the possible behavior of an individual, not actual behavior. The main assumption behind all learning is that the effects of the environment, conditioning, reinforcement, etc. provide psychologists with the best information from which to understand human behavior. The theory of Personal Construct is an attempt to understand and interpret what triggers emotions.Therefore, behaviour is governed by constructs, which in turn have a bipolar dimension (so, for example, the construct ‘effectiveness’ might have a bipolar dimension running from ‘effective’ to ‘ineffective’). Marsden and Littler 1998). Repertory Grid Tehnique (RGT) is a technique for eliciting and evaluating people's subjective experiences of interacting with technology, through the individual way they construe the meanings of members of the set of artifacts under investigations. The goal of this paper writing is using RGT to evaluate and eliciting personal contruct of learning computer language interest. The pattern of this personal consruct will reduced with principal component analysis to make classification of their interest.
