PENGARUH WEB DESAIN DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SECARA ONLINE

Abstract


This study was conducted to analyze the Influence of Web Design And Confidence Decision Against Buying Online (A Case Study of Students STEI Jakarta). The research was conducted in Jakarta with 100 respondents. Conducted by purposive sampling. Respondents are an online shopper who lives in Jakarta and surrounding areas. Analysis techniques are used to test the proposed hypothesis is correlation and multiple linear regression were dioprasikan with the computer using the program Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS). Pengujuian computational results for the model showed acceptable results by using multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation, analysis of determination, non-parametric regression.The results showed that the web design hypothesis and confidence positive and significant impact on the decision pembeilan, because the better web design will be positively related to the purchase decision. The higher consumer confidence it will be positively related to the purchase decision.
